This Freeride Spacer for the 2019-2020 new R12 and FR14 freeride bindings from ATK consists of two sliding anti-friction plates that support the boot heel thereby providing additional power transfer to the ski.
Correctly installed, the Freeride Spacer does not affect lateral heel release function while increasing binding performance.
The Freeride Spacer has been developed to maximize power transfer to the ski. The FR14 bindings are already equipped with this spacer, which can also be fitted to the R12 bindings.
By providing a firm contact between the boot sole and the ski, the Freeride Spacer provides unrivalled control and power transmission for an insert binding.
