Description
Scarpa TX Comp 2027
Brand new for 2027, the latest generation of the reknowned TX Comp has the same design shell, tongue and cuff as the excellent TX Pro introduced last season, but is stiffer.
Built for hard charging freeheelers, the TX Comp has a stiffer bellows, shell and cuff, letting you propel even more power to the skis, while retaining the same low weight and 62° cuff rotation, making these also very good boots for touring.
We really liked the combination of the relatively soft bellows and stiff cuff of the TX Pros, but some stronger / heavier skiers have found that the stiffer bellows and cuff of the TX Comp works even better. Despite "only" having three buckles, plus the beefy Booster Active Power Strap, the TX Comp transfers more than enough power to the skis, no 4th buckle required.
The TX Comp has tech inserts at the front and the NTN 2nd heel, and is compatible with NTN and 2-pin NTN bindings. Boots sizes up to and including 26 MP will need the size small NTN bindings, while sizes 26.5 MP and larger will need the large size bindings.
Developing these boots takes a lot of time, effort and investment, and the 2027 TX Comp showcases Scarpa's long-term commitment to free-heel skiing.
The TX Comp meets the needs of today's freeheel skiers and sets the new standard for a latest generation telemark ski boot.
