Kastle TX99 Ski 2026
Description
Kastle TX99 Ski 2026
Kastle's TX touring series have long been the reference for ski tourers wanting a touring ski that priorities the descent, providing excellent downhill performance without too much of a weight penalty when climbing. These are not very the lightest touring skis out there but are skis for advanced skiers who want to make the most of the return trip.
Last winter Kastle updated the TX models with minor changes to the shape and, more importantly have given the tips a more progressive rocker.
The result are skis that excel in short and medium radius turns and have the versatility to cope with all the conditions we find in the mountains with panache.
The TX99 has Kastle's innovative carbon fibreglass construction while Double Rocker technology make these skis great fun and playful in powder and spring snow conditions.
This strong ski delivers maximum float with supreme downhill performance despite weighing only just over 3 kg a pair (181 cm).
The widest model in the Kastle's touring range, the TX99 is the perfect ski for advanced skiers looking to explore backcountry powder – keeping effort to a minimum on the ascent and maximising float for the return trip.
