Description

La Sportiva G-Summit - Black/Yellow

The new benchmark for high altitude technical mountaineering. Ideal for ice climbing and climbing big walls, technical treks in winter conditions and staying in extreme places at low temperatures. G-Summit was developed with the aim of satisfying a double need: an extremely thermal product for high altitude mountaineering and a surprisingly light and precise double boot for expeditions in highly challenging climates. In fact, thanks to the special removable liner, G-Summit turns is a customisable product based on the thermal requirements of the terrain and environment of use.

La Sportiva G-Summit Features:

Ice-Tech tread divided into two parts to maximise performance during climbing and walking
Maximum adaptability to different foot shapes to ensure high precision during climbing
Quick adjustment lacing thanks to the BOA® Fit System closure system located outside the gaiter and designed for closing and opening with gloves in cold environments
Large volume shell to facilitate fit and increase warmth
Inner shell made with the patented Core-Wrap™ technology for maximum warmth and lightness
Footwear that can be resoled entirely (toe and heel) or in the front part only to limit the environmental impact
Impact Brake System
The innovative system is applied to the sole to absorb negative ground impact, help traction and improve grip downhill.
Created and developed by the R&D department at La Sportiva, it offers real advantages during racing by reducing negative ground impact. The unique position of the lugs allows as many of them as possible to come into contact with the ground, for maximum impact absorption.
BOA Fit System
The BOA® Fit System delivers micro-adjustable, precision fit engineered to perform in the
toughest conditions.
