Designed for backcountry powder, the Atomic Backland 107 is Atomic’s widest model in the Backland backcountry series.
A fat ski that is still very light thanks to the Carbon Backbone which runs over the entire length of the ski. Atomic’s 20/70/10 Powder Rocker profile has a long tapered tip, a central cambered section and a smaller 10% rockered tail.
The long HRZN tip improves float and makes powder turns fluid and stable, the cambered central section grips on hardpack while the upswept tail helps turnability in the trees.
The Backland 107 is super stable and in crud and variable snow while the full sidewall drives the edges on hard snow.
An excellent choice for skiers wanting powder performance in the backcountry.

HRZN Tech Tip

HRZN Tech Tips supplying 10% more surface area for good float in powder.
Full Sidewall
