Blizzard Anomaly 94 Ski 2025

For many years Blizzard's Brahma, Bonafide and Cochise All Mountain series has been a reference for high speed performance and brute power. For 2025 Blizzard have updated these skis with the Anomaly series featuring a completely new design that offers gives these skis greater versatility while still offering exceptional performance.
Blizzard introduced their Fluxform construxtion on the Rustler freeride skis last season and the Anomaly series have a new FluxForm All Mountain construction.
A fibreglass layer sits above the base of the ski, with a 0.4 mm titanal sheet above, on top of which is the All-Mountain TrueBlend wood core. Dense beech stringers are longer in the middle of the ski and are shortened towards the edges while poplar stringers complete the rest of the core, with lower weight and a livelier flex. This technique allows the core to be optimised for each ski length with each ski length offering consistent performance.
On top of the wood core Blizzard have placed another titanal sheet 0.6 mm thick and divided into three parts. A central section runs above the beech stringers and is then covered with another fibreglass layer, on top of which is applied the two remaining outer titanal strips. This construction alllows the central strip to work with the stiffer beech stringers while the outer titanal strips flex with the more flexible poplar stringers.
The result is impressive, with the Anomalys supplying stabilty, grip and an even flex transmitting power through the length of the ski.
Blizzard have given the new skis a more freeride character with some tail rocker and higher camber underfoot, and the result are skis that are more agile and quicker frm edge to edge. The split titanal layers optimise torsional rigidity so you can enter and exit turns with ease while maintaining a super stable, damp feeling from tip to tail. These skis offer speed with style, increased control and are just too much fun.
These skis are extremely versatile and it's difficult to know which to recommend, they all perform so well.
The Anomaly All Mountain series offer speed with style, increased control and will appeal to a broader range of skiers as well as keeping the die-hard afficiandos more than happy.

With a very useful 132.5-94-114.5 m shape the Anomaly 94 works well all over the mountain. Blizzard have given the 94 a slightly more offpiste character than the Anomaly 88 and the Anomaly 94 excels in softer snow and chopped up conditions, while also carving with style on piste.
The Anomaly 94 offers more versatility than it's predecessor the Bonafide 97, with more agility, superior grip and smoothness while retaining more than enough power for hard charging skiers.

Blizzard Anomaly 94 Ski Features:

Core:
TrueBlend All Mountain Core – TrueBlend core of Beech and Poplar, tailor-made for each Anomaly model and each length

Two-Piece Upper Titanal Laminate for Grip and Stability – No longer a single sheet of Titanal, the Anomaly series uses a two-piece laminate with a sheet of fiberglass in between the layers. The upper layer of metal resembles the shape of the FluxForm Titanal layer in the Rustler skis and the second layer fills in the gap in the center.
Lower Titanal Laminate – A full width Titanal laminate is placed under the core

Full Length ABS Sidewalls – Provide direct energy transfer under the bindings and precision during the turn

Sintered Graphite Base
