Atomic have developed the Maverick and Maven skis for truly ALL MOUNTAIN skiers who spend as much time offpiste as on piste. 
The Atomic Maven 86 C is their latest generation all-mountain women's ski, designed for women skiers wanting one ski that will go everywhere with panache.
Nimble, intuitive and great fun, the Maven 86 C is equally at home carving turns on the groomers, twisting through the trees or making tracks in the powder.
Atomic have achieved this thanks to their new Flow Profile design, which delivers the ideal combination of camber, shovel taper and tip rocker to create a ski that charges through crud as well as carves on harder snow. The Maven 86 C is built with Atomic's OMatic Construction with triaxial fiberglass and a layer of carbon, creating a light and responsive ski that feels at home when pushing the limits. In fresh snow and variable conditions the HRZN 3D Tech Tip reduces swing weight and makes turn initiation a breeze, while carbon stringers and an almost flat tail ensure great edge hold when you're powering through turns on the hardpack.
Playful, agile and quick from edge-to-edge, the Maven 86 C is light so your legs save energy, letting you ski all day, all over the mountain.

Atomic Maven 86 C Ski Features:

Core:
Atomic's Omatic Construction uses precisely milled poplar wood and offers effortless performance and stability in all snow conditions.
Laminates:
Atomic's Carbon Backbone utilises ultralight carbon inserts that run tip to tail, providing a progressive flex and reliable edge hold with minimal weight.
Sidewalls:
Dura Cap Sidewalls combine traditional sidewalls for power transmission with a superficial cap construction for durability.
Rocker:
All Mountain Rocker: 15% tip rocker, 75% camber, 10% tail rocker.
Tip Shape:
HRZN 3D Tech Tip adds 10% additional surface at the tips, improving tip flotation and better tracking in variable snow.
Flow Profile:
Atomic's new shaping philosophy combines shorter sidecut radii with slightly more rocker, and the HRZN 3D tips with a small cambered mid-section, the aim being to make these skis the very best all mountain skis.
Side Edge Angle: 87°
The 87° angle provides intuitive handling, better grip and easier skiing.
Base Edge Angle: 1°
The 1° base edge angle facilitaites turning, provides excellent edge grip and aggressive tracking.
