La Sportiva Spantik

The Spantik is the latest high altitude technical boot from La Sportiva. Designed for long technical mountaineering routes at high-altitudes. Lightweight, warm, with a removable inner boot.

Features:
The outer shell of the Spantik is made from innovative lightweight PU-Tech, a synthetic thermo-plastic fabric with a double differentiated layer in polyurethane.
Hydrophobic Lorica® band round ankle and reinforcements on uppers.
Thermal aluminium lining with perforated anti-abrasion layer for additional warmth and Instep Overlap technology for ease of use and comfort.
5 mm carbon fiber thermal insole with central polyester core + aluminium insulation.
The Spantik has a removable heat-moldable and micro-perforated PE inner boot.
The innovative patented lacing system used for both the shell and inner boot allows one-handed lacing in extreme conditions and with gloves.

Please note that La Sportiva used to include an extra pair of laces with the Spantik because they've encountered problems at the begining.
Since one year the laces have been reinforced and La Sportiva now delivers the boots without any extra laces.Outer boot: PU-Tech synthetic fabric combined with a double layer of dual density polyurethane. Ankle and upper reinforcements in water repellent Lorica®.
Lining: Insulating in aluminium, combined with a protective anti-abrasion perforated layer.
Removable inner boot: PE perforated.
Insole: 5 mm carbon fibre, with thermal structure, with central insert in polyester + aluminium insulation.
Sole: Vibram® + large protective rubber rand.
Sizes: 41-47 European.
Patent: outer boot and inner boot lacing system.
