First register yourself: http://www.telemark-pyrenees.com/en/login.php?access=account Enter your name, address, country, password etc. to set up your own account. After you have set up the account and logged in you can simulate a purchase. You can add or subtract goods in the shopping basket and go to “Checkout now” to adjust quantities or remove goods. You can go back to any article if you need to add anything. When you are satisfied with your basket contents, click “Begin the secure checkout”: you will see here the shipping costs according to the contents of your basket. Shipping costs vary according to the parcel weight, number, volume and delivery address. Also, you will see the difference costs between Economy, Standard or Express delivery (if applicable to your country). There is a comment box after the Shipping Method, which allows you to add any comment necessary to complete your order. If you click “continue checkout” you will be directed to the “Payment Method” and just below you will see the total cost of your order (articles + shipping). At this stage, if you whish to confirm your order, you will be asked to pay by Credit card or pay by Bank transfer. If you chose to pay by Credit Card, the secure system of our bank, Cyberplus, will open a secure page where you will enter your card details. Upon completion of your payment you will receive an order number and an e-mail confirming the reception of your order.

Orders are treated upon reception of payment, so if you pay by bank transfer, expect a few days for the payment to be transfered - normally within 48 hrs in EU countries and 3-5 days elsewhere. If you have any problem with ordering by internet you can also order by telephone, e-mail, fax or post! Prices and Duty Free Sales. All prices are in Euros. For sales outside the European Community we sell net of sales tax (French TVA = 19.6%).
