X-Atomic Access 11/12

Atomic's Access continues with new graphics for 2012. A very well thought-out ski, the Access combines a 100 mm waist with a progressive tip and traditional tail, giving excellent performance on both soft and hard snow conditions.

Built with a generous 129.5-100-121.5 mm profile (181 cm) the Access has a progressive "Power Rocker 10" tip for easy turn initiation. The Step Down Sidewall L2 construction ensures reliable stability even on hard snow and ice. The Access's light woodcore and sandwich construction offers smooth dependable flex without weighing you down while touring.

The Access was one of our favourite mid-fat touring skis last season, whether mounted for tele or AT. It's also lots of fun for resort skiing, fantastic on powder days and also when conditions are mixed.

Like all skis with progressive tips, the Access skis "shorter" than traditionally cambered skis of the same length, and we recommend a length +/- 10 cm longer than your height.
